Q3: How can we offer a free makeover service?

• A3: We offer this service because we own all our staging equipment, allowing us the freedom to re-create your property in the most appealing and cost-effective way possible. All our staging props will be placed in your property until sold, and once sold, we collect our props and place them back into our warehouse.

Q4: Are there any upfront costs?

• A4: There are no upfront costs for our clients. However, if the property is not sold within the first two months, all home improvements will be charged and broken down into pre-agreed affordable monthly payments until the property is sold.

Q5: How does your property rescue service work?

• A5: Our property rescue service is unique. We work with a pool of investors to raise funds quickly, take care of legal fees, develop and stage your property to increase its value, and alleviate immediate financial pressures. We rescue and complete the work to achieve the right results. By taking this approach, we can increase the value of the property and its appeal to potential buyers, ultimately allowing us to broker you a better deal.

Q6: When will my property be ready for the market?

• A6: All timescales to complete the work vary, but in general, anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks.

Q7: What are your fees?

• A7: Our Makeover/staging service is free. Our fees for selling your property start from as little as 1%, and 2.5% for our property rescue services. All home improvement charges are competitively priced and, in most cases, are added to the property sale.

• A10: We specialise in staging and improving a wide range of properties and are open to working with any property where we believe we can provide value and make a difference. However, our primary focus is on properties that have been on the market for longer than usual and/or had a price reduction. These are the properties where we know we can make a difference.

Q11: How much value can be added to my property through staging and home improvement?

• A11: When executed effectively staging can start from 7.5%, and home improvements from 14%. These percentages are just the beginning, and with the right approach, both can significantly exceed these figures.

Q12: Are all your tradespeople qualified?

• A12: Our tradesmen are professionals in their field and have all the relevant certificates and indemnity insurance.

Q13: What is the average budget we spend per property?

• A13: Every property is unique, and we work closely with you to get the desired effect and agree on the budget before any work takes place. There isn’t an average to speak of, but in the past, we have spent from £5K-£25K.

Q14: Where else do we advertise your property, in addition to major online platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla?

• A14: Besides these major platforms, we also utilise our website and employ targeted social media ads to ensure your property reaches a broader audience.

Q15: What is the contract duration?

• A15: The standard contract with us is for a period of 12 weeks.
